I love shooting at this popular outdoor location, but on this particular day, the area where I usually like to shoot wasn't available. So we rolled with the punches -- and I absolutely adore the end result.

I recently shot the Carieri family in a wonderful outdoor location in Agoura Hills. A few steps from the beaten path, it was an unexpected place to shoot but produced the most ethereal lighting.

It was such a blast capturing their family bond and the Carieri kids' energetic personalities. I love how the blues in these photos really pop against the earthy tones of the natural setting.
